Led architecture and delivery of an internal people-project matching platform with Kotlin microservices and a Next.js frontend.
Overview
The project brought people and projects together in one internal platform, making the matching process more transparent. With the initial analysis already completed, our team of 2–4 developers and a designer took the web app through architecture and implementation.

- Led the development of an internal tool to improve project and talent matching, increasing transparency.
- Designed the system architecture and guided a team of 2–4 developers and a designer.
- Built the backend using Kotlin microservices with Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate.
- Developed the frontend with Next.js and React, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Integrated RabbitMQ for async processing and optimized database performance (PostgreSQL and MongoDB).
- Managed CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and automated deployments with Gradle and Docker.
- Fostered collaboration across development, design, and business teams, improving alignment.
